These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Sarenity Sound Healing. By booking a session, workshop, or event, you agree to the following terms.

About the Service

Sarenity Sound Healing offers sound baths, workshops, and wellbeing experiences designed to support relaxation and rest. These sessions are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical treatment or professional healthcare.

Participation is voluntary and taken at your own discretion.

Bookings and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Due to the nature of these sessions and the preparation involved, the following policy applies.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session or event start time are not eligible for a refund. However, the booking may be transferred to an alternative class or workshop within three months of the original booking date, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session or event start time are non refundable and non transferable.

If Sarenity Sound Healing needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances or unsafe conditions, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Medical Consent and Suitability

Some sessions require completion of a medical consent form or health questionnaire. This must be completed in advance where requested.

Failure to complete a required medical form may result in refusal of participation without refund.

It is your responsibility to inform Sarenity Sound Healing of any relevant medical conditions and to consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure about suitability.

Participation and Responsibility

You agree to take responsibility for listening to your body and participating at a level that feels safe for you.

Sarenity Sound Healing accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation except where required by law.

Late Arrival and Non Attendance

Late arrival may result in refusal of entry where it would disrupt the session. Non attendance or no shows are treated as cancellations and are not eligible for refund or transfer.

Changes to Sessions

Sarenity Sound Healing reserves the right to make reasonable changes to session content, facilitators, or locations where necessary.

Intellectual Property

All session content, website materials, written content, and branding remain the intellectual property of Sarenity Sound Healing and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
